Our fee structure is we only charge once we're successful in obtaining a financial outcome for you. We don't win your complaint, then we don't charge. Our fee is 20% +GST of the financial outcome amount we obtain for you with a minimum fee of $110 (incl GST). This might be a refund, reduction, replacement, repairs or compensation.
